• Tournament Result - KS2 Novice Swimming Gala

  Yesterday, a team of Year 6 children went to Harvey Hadden to take part in the Novice Swimming Gala. Lots of fun races took place, including a push the ball race, a treasure hunt and a 'build a tower of floats'. The team also took part in several relays The children performed excellently and won 2nd place. They were awarded silver medals which they wore with pride. Well done! 

   

  The team was: Ruby C, Ismael S, Amelia P, Jake M, Muhammed Yousuf A, Aisha K, Abdullah J, Elicia D, Shifa S, Brant A, Gracie K and Jack B.

  Unfortunately, the results from our second and third games meant we did not finish with enough points to qualify for the knock-out rounds. The team should still be very proud of how they performed though. Now our attentions turn back to winning our Central Venue League!

• Tournament Result - Y3/4 NLS Cross Country

  A group of Year 3/4 children went to Ernehale Junior School to take part in a cross country competition. Many of the pupils had never tried cross country before, but showed great determination in running the long distance of the race. Well done all!

  It was Year 3's turn to take part in the 'This Girl Can' Festival. The team went to Harvey Hadden and took part in a rotation of several sports and activities, many of which the girls had never tried before. The team and great fun and showed lots of enthusiam!

  Our fantastic Year 4 Dodgeball team went to Harvey Hadden to take part in the Dodgeball tournament. We were so proud of the enthusiasm and sportsmanship shown by the players. They team was strong and won many of their games. Lots of fun was had by all!
