Earlier this afternoon, a group of lucky Y6 girls travelled over to Harvey Hadden Sports Village, ready to take part in the 2019/20 version of the 'This Girl Can' Festivals. 

 

This was the fifth year in a row that Whitemoor have brought a team to this event - with our current set of Y6 girls being as excited as ever to play lots of sports against schools from across Nottingham. 

 

Not only did the girls have a fantastic time experiencing these new and different sports; they also demonstrated great teamwork skills throughout their games – making the adults present incredibly proud.

 

Today's 'This Girl Can' Festival team consisted of: Doha A, Zaynab S, Laiba A, Sachina S, Sidrah R, Hamnah S and Sadaf H.
