Earlier this afternoon, the third of the ‘This Girl Can’ Festivals took place, with it being targeted at those in Y3 this time around.

 

All thirteen of the girls involved today were extremely excited to have been picked to compete in a range of sports/activities against girls from other Nottingham City schools.

 

As was the case with the Y6 and Y5 versions of this event, the aim was for the girls to get active in a fun and friendly environment. It was hoped that from this, they would go on to engage with other sports/activities outside of school time.

 

Whitemoor’s team certainly had a good time and represented themselves, and the school, superbly. Well done girls!
