Yesterday afternoon, some lucky boys and girls got to take part in the first School Sport Nottingham event of the year - the Y6 Mega Festival. 

 

As soon as the children arrived at Harvey Hadden Sports Village, they took part in a mass warm-up. Following this, they competed in a series of activities and sports, pitted against schools from across the City. 

 

Team Whitemoor played fantastically well in all these activities and sports (including: Relay Races, Handball, Unihoc and Kurling). What's more, they represented the school brilliantly, showing great enthusiasm and sportsmanship at all times. 

 

Our Y6 Mega Festival team was made up of: Doha A, Destiny T, Mia M, Areeb A, Jad S and Mckenzie P.
