TTRockstars:
At Whitemoor, we use TTRockstars to improve our times tables. All of the children have a login and we expect them to practise their times tables regularly at home, using the website.
What are the aims of TTRockstars?
The programme has one aim - to boost times table recall speeds.
What are the benefits of Times Table Rock Stars?
Incorrect answers are always immediately corrected in front of the pupil so that they start to associate the correct answer to every question.
The clever code behind the scenes works out which times table facts each pupil is consistently taking longer to answer and then it gradually starts to present these facts more frequently until pupils have mastered them.
It will also ask related division questions 20% of the time in order to reinforce division facts.
NUMBOTS:
At Whitemoor, we are aiming to boost the number sense of all of our pupils to help every child feel successful in maths. We believe that NUMBOTS is a fun and engaging way to support your child with this from home. All KS1 children have a login and we expect children to engage with this as part of their homework.

Long Term Overviews (Year 1 to Year 6)
Mastering Number:
We strongly believe that every child should feel that they are capable of achieving in maths. Knowledge and fluency of number facts plays a huge role in building confidence in maths. Therefore, we have partnered with mastering number - a 15 minute daily session where pupils learn, practise and consolidate the key number facts for their year group.
These sessions take place from Foundation to Year 5. Below, you can browse the overviews for each year group so that you can feel informed on what your child is learning.
