The ‘Whitemoor Way’ is an integral part of our day-to-day communication and language and is used frequently to celebrate success and also re-address the behaviours we expect from all members of the Whitemoor community.
We recognise that everybody is different and that some people find some things more challenging than others. However, we promote an ambitious curriculum that stretches learning at every level. We operate a proactive and adaptive teaching approach, anticipating the support that may be needed in order to access learning, whilst not putting a ceiling on what could be achieved by all.
